I’m happy that I picked this supplement to help me with several of my issues: Weight loss, Mood Improvement and it can also help you to feel better as well. With this being said I have tried other Saffron supplements and they didn’t seem to work as well as this one so I came back to this one. I take one capsule before breakfast and wait 30 minutes before eating and I tell you my appetite has really changed! Yes!! It’s an appetite suppressant you all!!! I can’t eat the way I used to and that makes me VERY happy . I’m not claiming that it’s going to work for everyone but please give it a try and see how it works for you. It’s very effective and the value for your money isn’t bad either.

I really like this product. I'm on a journey to looking better and feeling good and I've been buying products t hel with that I can say I don't have any side effects from taking these. It does boost my mood and the only thing I don't like with these the pills are big have to use lots of water when taking it.
I was hesitant about this product but honestly after taking them for a few days I can notice an increase in energy and focus, as well as curbed my appetite all day. They don't have any weird aftertaste like some supplements do. I am happy with this product and will continue to use it as part of my daily routine.

I absolutely love this Saffron Extract supplement. Unlike other supplements the capsules are not huge, they are a normal pill size, and there is no strong or funny odor. I usually get nauseous with supplements and vitamins but I can gladly say this does not have that effect on me. I could quickly tell that it was working and I'm very pleased with this product. I will be purchasing again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

The Saffron supplement definitely give me an energy boost and possibly enhances my mood(or so I've been told by others). The size of the pills aren't too big but I can see how it can be a challenge for someone who cannot take pills.

There’s no weird taste or smell, pills are packaged well. I have had no side effects but also too early to say it has helped with any of the things it says it helps with. These are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste which is a big plus for me. I was a little apprehensive to try these but so far my experience has been positive. I appreciated the little mood boost and the mental clarity I got from it.
