I have been taking this product for a while, but the brand I was using was no longer available. This arrived promptly at a good price. I have noticed no difference since changing brands.
this is multivitamin it is good. I went to the hospital to do my blood pressure and and the nurse that did my blood pressure before I see the doctor. She said my blood pressure is very good before I was not taking multivitamin. My blood pressure was high up i will continue older this multivitamin on Amazon and I’ve been taking it my blood pressure is very, very good and I am not going to stop buying this multivitamin. The company that make this multivitamin if they can give me a discount on Amazon to continue buying it I will really appreciate them for the help.
I haven't used it as often as I should to maintain the libido but I will say when I keep it up for over a week I can see a difference in not just my libido but also my skin, (sometimes my hair) and how much energy I feel about working out!

I’m happy that I picked this supplement to help me with several of my issues: Weight loss, Mood Improvement and it can also help you to feel better as well. With this being said I have tried other Saffron supplements and they didn’t seem to work as well as this one so I came back to this one. I take one capsule before breakfast and wait 30 minutes before eating and I tell you my appetite has really changed! Yes!! It’s an appetite suppressant you all!!! I can’t eat the way I used to and that makes me VERY happy . I’m not claiming that it’s going to work for everyone but please give it a try and see how it works for you. It’s very effective and the value for your money isn’t bad either.
I needed a little boost to help with suppressing my appetite just a little. This seems to do the trick. I'm sure a little more time will help me see if it helps with my memory and mood. So far so good.

Along with a regimen of new healthy habits, this product I have recently included. I chose this brand after reading the ingredient list. I have noticed a difference in my energy level. Tyger size of the capsule is not large and easy to swallow. Before I begin taking them, I had a slight pain, that may have been gas, but thanks to the milk thistle, pain no more.
