Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.


A. SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping when the product is shipped to the contiguous USA. Otherwise, details will be provided during checkout, after entering your desired shipping address.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time is 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York), or 8 PM GMT. Order handling time is 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday). We may offer faster shipping based on product selection and delivery address - if so these details will be displayed during checkout after entering your delivery address. 

C. Delivery Terms

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics, or Walmart Logistics to deliver your product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed, since we often ship products within minutes of submission. The best option is to attempt to cancel and replace the order, however if it has been shipped we cannot stop it. If you need assistance, please contact us as quickly as possible via chat or by email at service@bigbrands.io, and we will do our best to accommodate.

E. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, it will include a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered.

F. Cancellations

If you change your mind after you have placed your order, we will do our best to accommodate. However we often process and ship orders within minutes off them being placed, so it may not be possible to cancel after order submission. Please contact us via chat or email at service@bigbrands.io and we will let you know if cancellation is possible. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service via chat or email at hello@wholeworld.co. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service.
