I have been taking this product for a while, but the brand I was using was no longer available. This arrived promptly at a good price. I have noticed no difference since changing brands.
When you look up Berberine ,it has very many qualities and benefits personally I did not see any vast benefits maybe it needs to get in your system for a couple months before you start seeing some changes sorry I'm not more help

These address multiple health needs and are easy to swallow. I like that the formulation allows dosage to be only 1 capsule. I love beets, but don't eat them daily. It's nice they included beet root along with bergamont, black currant and aristata root.
