My wife is a big user of supplements, and this blend adds a nice does of turmeric and ginger. We also cook with these spices though the high heat might impact its health benefits.Thus, adding this to our daily regiment will hopefully be good for our health. Good value.

Seems legit... has a nice smell of tumeric root when I opened the bottle. Took two capsules as directed & found them easy to swallow & no real taste. No after taste. Would recommend.

This is the strongest smelling turmeric supp I've tried, so far not different than other good brands I've tried, but I like the smell it emanates.

I got this mainly for Turmeric's interaction in various studies with different pathogens. The results of these studies make me feel more confident with my daily turmeric I take. Now a lot of people use this for joint pain and arthritis and if you notice Turmeric is often combined with Ginger. The reason being I think is because there was a study to see if they had a synergistic effect ( combined = more powerful). And the study concluded yes and the best ratio was 5:2. This is 1000mgs Turmeric and 200mgs of Ginger (5:1) . Very close . Now the way the combination works is pretty easy. One ingredients works better on a type of inflammation than the other. And together with them both working it gains strength so to speak. Also in some cases one does not work at all on a type of inflammation but the other one does. So you can see how this combination is kinda like a double attack. Now I used to have joint pain and I did take turmeric as well as glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen ,and MSM as well as some other ingredients. Thankfully I do not suffer from that joint pain anymore. I do remember with Turmeric that it took a while for it to kick in and the longer I took it the better it worked.I like the dosages in this brand. The 100mgs of curcumin is low but most blends like this don't add it all ! The BioPerine in this actually does increase absorption (which is tricky with Turmeric and Curcumin). I used to not put much stock in black pepper being able to help but I saw some studies showing it was surprisingly very close to the effectiveness of the costly liposomal method. I would have never of thought it helped that much but the studies are saying yes ! So that means more product being used by your body (may) which is what you want. This brand states "vigorous lab testing" and while that is great I never recommend a brand unless it's third party tested and disclosed that it is tested in the US/UK/or Canada. This brand may be but I could not find it at the time of this review. When I take this just like other Turmeric/Ginger blend supplements I have taken, I do not feel anything. I just trust it's doing its deal. This brand also is using a FDA facility which I rarely see and do very much like. These are easy to take and I had no sides. At two caps per day this a 2 month supply and I like that as well. I had no sides with these and as I said I love the blend and the ratios this brand used. Good Luck and hope this was helpful.

These high potency capsules are free from most allergens including Gluten, are medium size and easy to swallow.📚Summary... I take tumeric because of the anti-inflamatory properties, helping to promote healthy joints and good joint mobility but I love that this also has anti- oxidant and anti-aging benefits. This high potency product is reasonably priced for a two month supply 👍👍

This turmeric supplement is great. It provides great health benefits and the capsules are easy to swallow. The scent is a bit strong, but it’s not unpleasant. I like them!

I'VE BEEN TAKING IT FOR OVER A WEEK, MY JOINTS ARE FEELING LESS SWOLLEN, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT TATES BAD OR HAVE A SMELL. WILL REVISET AT A LATER TIME.
